Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

The Tech Innovator’s Bootcamp by SkillTect Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a paid professional training program designed to help students and graduates gain real-world exposure in DevOps, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and related technologies.
Enrollment in this program confirms that the participant has read, understood, and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Program Eligibility

  • The program is open to engineering graduates from MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, and equivalent disciplines (CSE, IT, ECE, EE, EEE).
  • Admission is confirmed only after successful payment of the training fee.
  • The participant must maintain active attendance and participation throughout the program to remain eligible for certification and placement support.

3. Program Fee

  • The total fee for the Bootcamp is ₹30,000 + GST.
  • The fee is non-refundable once training has commenced, except under specific refund clauses mentioned below.
  • Fee payment must be completed through official SkillTect-approved channels only.

4. Program Duration and Curriculum

  • The Bootcamp spans 8 weeks (2 months) of structured learning, projects, and mentorship.
  • Participants receive extended LMS access for 6 months post-training.
  • The curriculum includes modules on Linux, Python, Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps, AI/ML, Big Data, and Communication Skills.
  • Learning is delivered through live sessions, recorded videos, labs, and project assignments.

5. Attendance and Performance

  • Participants must maintain at least 85% attendance during the program.
  • All assignments, projects, and assessments must be submitted within the defined timelines.
  • Performance in projects and assessments determines eligibility for placement and internship opportunities.

6. Certification

  • Upon successful completion of all modules and assessments, the participant will receive a Program Completion Certificate titled
    “The Tech Innovator’s Bootcamp – Learn to Build, Deploy, and Scale.”
  • Certificates are digitally verified and issued by SkillTect Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

7. Placement and Refund Policy

a. Placement Within SkillTect

  • If a participant is successfully hired by SkillTect Technologies Pvt. Ltd. after completing the Bootcamp,
    the training fee will be refunded in equal quarterly components along with the employee’s salary.
  • Example: A ₹30,000 + GST fee will be refunded in four equal parts (₹7,500 each quarter) over four salary quarters.
  • This refund applies only to participants directly employed by SkillTect and is processed automatically through payroll.

b. If Not Selected

  • If a participant is not selected for direct employment, SkillTect will offer a 3-month paid internship based on performance and evaluation.
  • During this internship, the participant will continue to work on live projects, receive mentorship, and gain professional experience.
  • After completion, the participant will receive an Internship Completion Certificate and 100% job assistance through SkillTect’s placement team.
  • The candidate may then apply for roles externally using this experience as verified work exposure.

8. Job Assistance and Support

  • SkillTect provides 100% job assistance after program completion, which includes:
    • Resume building and LinkedIn profile enhancement.
    • Mock interviews and technical preparation.
    • Access to internal job listings and partner company referrals.
    • Ongoing placement follow-ups until the participant secures employment.
  • Placement timelines depend on candidate performance, skill level, and industry demand.

9. Conduct and Code of Ethics

  • Participants must follow professional behavior during classes, labs, and internships.
  • Misconduct, plagiarism, or misuse of SkillTect resources will lead to termination from the program without a refund.
  • Sharing proprietary training material publicly is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, assignments, and content are proprietary to SkillTect Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or public sharing without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds are processed only under the conditions mentioned in Section 7(a).
  • Voluntary withdrawal, absenteeism, or lack of performance does not qualify for any refund.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed directly to the candidate’s registered account or salary structure.

12. Disclaimer

  • SkillTect provides training and placement assistance but does not guarantee employment in a specific organization or role.
  • Job opportunities depend on market conditions, individual performance, and employer requirements.
  • The 100% job assistance promise refers to continuous support, not guaranteed employment.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
  • In case of disagreements, SkillTect’s decision will be final and binding.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in The Tech Innovator’s Bootcamp, the participant acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and policies stated above.
